The Italian supermarket for shopping abroadWith the eCibus Box you will find the same products you would find in Italy, just like at your trusted supermarket or dairy. We collaborate both with small local producers and with large suppliers for the supply of large-scale distribution products. We guarantee an honest price, as if you were in Italy. We carry out home shipments in Europe, with DPD or Bpost express courier, keeping the temperature controlled between 0 and 4 ° C throughout their journey.

You will be able to track the package and follow the arrival of your eCibus Box in real time. If you live in the rest of Europe and want to try our service, you can request the delivery of dry and non-perishable products only. Just contact our Customer service and ask for more information on how to place the order.

Where does eCibus arrive?

eCibus ships to Belgium, Luxembourg and France. In the third quarter of 2021, we will add the ability to purchase non-perishable products across Europe. All orders placed on Monday will be delivered in 9 days.

All orders placed on Tuesday will be delivered in 8 days.

All orders placed on Wednesday will be delivered in 7 days.

All orders placed on Thursday will be delivered in 6 days.

All orders placed on Friday will be delivered in 5 days.

All orders placed on Saturday will be delivered in 11 days.

All orders placed on Sunday will be delivered in 10 days.

From the moment I make the reservation from the site, how long after is an order shipped?

Orders are prepared the working day following receipt of the order and are completed within 4/5 working days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be prepared in stock on Monday. Example: An order placed on Thursday will be packaged the next day (Friday), delivered to the courier by Monday and shipped to your home. The box will arrive at your home in 48/72 / 96h depending on the shipping area.

How much is shipping?

In Belgium and Luxembourg, shipping has a fixed cost, for every 175 € spent, without weight limits. These rates apply based on the order:

- Shopping cart from € 1 to € 175: € 12.90 shipping

- Shopping cart from € 175 to € 350: € 30.80 shipping

- Shopping cart from € 350 to € 525: € 48.70 shipping

- and so on…

In France, shipping at the moment has a higher cost, we are negotiating new, more advantageous rates for the coming months. The rate has a fixed cost, for every 175 € spent, without weight limits. These rates apply based on the order:

- Shopping cart from € 1 to € 175: € 19.99 shipping

- Shopping cart from € 175 to € 350: € 19.99 shipping

- Shopping cart from € 350 to € 525: € 19.99 shipping and so on…

Why do you ship cool to some cities and not to the rest of Europe?

At the moment our refrigeration logistics are successfully tested in Belgium, Luxembourg and France. We will keep you updated as the business expands. By law, refrigerated counter products must travel at controlled temperatures of 4 degrees.

How can I be sure that the products are fresh?

And in our interest and duty to be flawless in every prepared order, we follow all the steps and check every single product before shipping it. We do not ship products that are close to expiry. In case it was a human error, we will be ready to protect your purchase.

What are the delivery methods for the box?

The delivery system is the same as the major e-commerce operators: the courier will make a delivery attempt on the day indicated by the email notification by sending a second message on the morning of shipment. As soon as the express courier takes charge of your box, you will receive an email with the tracking link for the shipment, on the morning of delivery you will receive a second email. If you are not available at the time proposed by the courier, via the link received via email, choose from different options to receive the Box up to 30 minutes before delivery:

- select another date and time slot for delivery

- select another delivery address

How can I plan my delivery?
